Installation Problem

i can't install rekall cvs on my debian.
i'm on a debian unstable updated with kde 3.5.3.
i have this error when i try to create deb package with command "dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot":
scons: *** Source `build/kde/doc/rekall/manual/rekall.xml' not found, needed by target `/tmp/rekall-test/usr/share/apps/rekall/manual/rekall.xml'. Stop.
scons: building terminated because of errors.
make: *** [build-stamp] Error 2
what can i do?
moreover, where i can find cppunit for qt libraries for my distribution?

second problem is solved: i installed libqttestrunner.
but for the first (much important) i'm at a standstill.
