i use to "try" (;-)) to install rekall on my debian sid with kde 3.5.3 this configuration file:

enable-debug=no
enable-tests=no
enable-full=yes
enable-rt=no
enable-kjs=yes
enable-nongpl=yes
enable-dbtcp=no
libprefix=rekall
appname=rekall
mode=kde

what does suggest "enable-tests"? which types of tests are they?
what does mean "enable-full"? and "enable-nogpl"?

thanks in advice

This options builds a bunch of unit/regression tests

"full" is the normal build (as opposed to the "rt" runtime build)

"nongpl" is some non-free drivers, not in the source tarball or CVS
